 Post subject: Grimme Variant.

Anybody know of a variant breaking for spares?, looking for one with a windrowing kit fitted.

Steve Thorley in the old little chef near fosdyke Bridge is who you mean. I had a winrower kit on a pallet in the yard up until last summer ! If you can't get one off Thorley's its not difficult to make one. PB

Spoke to them, the boys in the stores said they didnt have one and Steve didnt know of one but he'll keep an eye open for me. Deal with Steve a lot and buy pretty much all our spud gear off him.

There was a firm a long time ago in Herefordcestershire that made windrowers out of Q Continentals. I know where a nice 2000 model Pearson QM is going at an attractive price :cry:

no, just grading the last few, most of the boxes have been sold, the spud shed has been let out
