The trailer pump was still in service in the 1960s. I think I've put up a picture before at the opening of our current station (previously it lived in a shed behind the Black Lion pub).

Just found these fascinating photos, any clue where & when taken?

These ploughs are the Turnall manufactured by Wilmot but I do not know who designed them. They were attached {bolted ?} to the Fordson drawbar cap. I've read they were used extensively by the War Agricultural Executive Committee for breaking up old pasture; they turned over & buried heavily matted grass better than any other make/model. I've only seen one many years ago, I guess they are rare to-day.

In the dealers' yard photo, I would guess taken in 1962/63 era based on the Super Dexta and the Fahr Centipede tedder. Note the older tractors look to be "restored", the Diesel Major has been retro-fitted with scalloped rear wheel centers off a Power Major but still with 4 hole front cast centres.

The later model {I saw} featured an oval shaped tubular frame, like a letter J laid on its side with the "hook" end at the rear holding the frog & body and the depth/transport wheel.
