Yes.
When I parked her up a couple of years ago, the one wheel was a bit sticky .
Now the ffuk ing thing is seized solid . I put 3 and a half tonne of fert on it and towed her around ,backed up , shoved , jolted but still nought .
All the linkage on the handbrake were free and the pivots were back as far as I could get them but still the one side would not free off!!
Wheel off ,hub off but is there anything else I should try (other than firing the heap) ?

looks like a wedge brake ????
crook roller ?????
need to pull the wedge out if so
hope the shoes arent stuck in the drum if so its gunna be a big job

Ahhh.

Yes , a final reply.
We took the wheels off and I thrashed seven bells outa the drum!!
The wheel would move an inch then jam and when I pulled the handbrake cable , it was rock solid.

Told son 'Thats it ,drum off time !!!!!!!!'

I went to fetch the big tool kit and as I returned he was shoving the wheels back on !!!
I asked what he doing and he said he just tapped it twice more and it clunked and away to go !!
