2mm in the last 18hrs here. Hopefully tonights rainfall might come to something. We're way down since it went dry in mid may.

I think we're up to nearly 4 inches since last Monday :o , did well to get the ploughing match done yesterday. With a bit of luck I can crack on with the spuds this week.

Sun shone this afternoon. It has certainly gone much cooler. Very autumnal this evening.
