Col, where are you going to be staying?

Hoping to move into a small(ish) cottage at Shelford Bottom - about five miles away.

Still be pretty local, though. Nice and quiet there. I can hold orgy's or whatever!!! :D

Is that just before the hill up to the Gogs coming out of Cambridge? You realise that the traffic is apalling there in the mornings, and is going to get worse if the Addenbrookes site expands into a "Biotechnology Park" as the council want.

'Tis, RGSP. The traffic won't worry me too much. I haven't got to get to work anymore! :D

Anywhere around Cambridge is bad for traffic between half seven and half nine in the mornings.

I am only a couple of hundred yards from the Park and Ride site, and I have applied for a bus pass.

and the bus company will shortly be applying for a restraining order

True Col, but I have a couple of colleagues who live on Worts Causeway, and I've always thought what an unattractive place it was, especially at current prices. Oh well, I'm sure you have your reasons, and I hope you enjoy it there. Where's the nearest pub? Fulbourn or Shelford? Too far to walk regularly anyway (I'm not counting that dreadful place at the Queen Edith's Way/Cherry Hinton road junction.)

Very true about Worts Causeway. Overrated and overpriced - like most properties around Cambridge.

Nearest pub would be Great Shelford, but I will still probably frequent Bottisham British Legion.
