Big black cloud hanging over my house

Wife diagnosed with Grade 3 breast cancer this morning.

Going into Llanelli (south Wales) next Wednesday for major surgery.

We have sold this house and due to move on Monday. Going to have to rent until she has recovered enough to move to Shropshire.

That is shite news, OLD. I do hope that everything goes well, and that your wife makes a full recovery.

Not a good time or a good place for you to be at the moment.

Tough news, you got a lot on your plate to deal with. I'll be thinking of you both.

Another inch last night. We still haven't turned a wheel this spring. I told the seed corn dealer he will be getting the late numbers back. Called the seed bean fellow and told him I will be looking to buy some more.

What a wet evening and night last night. Had a spell of heavyish rain about midday, then it cleared up.

At about five o clock yesterday afternoon it started. And on it went, heavy rain, and it was still coming down when I arrived home at midnight! Everywhere absolutely sodden wet, and some huge puddles about on the roads coming home last night.

This will take some drying up!!!

Good start to the day. A bit of cloud, and some blue sky.

I await developments.

Just about as nice a day as it gets here. Seventy, no wind, no bugs yet and totally sunny.

Still haven't planted anything. Maybe Friday. Rain for the weekend.
