Cloudy but still quite mild. All that is about to change if the weather forecasters have got it right. A few spits and spots of rain here now.

Well 1.0mm of drizzle has finally broken the 16day drought recorded on the farm weather station! 10.6c making it very mild feel. Had a bumble bee keep trying winter flowers in the garden at home since xmas, catkins everywhere and snowdrops are peeking out unsure if autumn/winter as been yet!

loads of grey clouds, massive drop in air temp and then bingo a brief snow flurry! advance to 9:30am and brilliant clear blue sky wall to wall style. Technically I suppose we have now had all the required components for a winter so bring on summer?

Gonna be a funny year again, in just 8 weeks today, about this time of day we will be about to land in Doha for a couple of hours before going on to Perth to see the boy, so just as spring starts here it will be late summer/autumn, last time we did it at this time of year they had an unusually warm spell which was a bit too much, now currently they are having a bit of an exceptional heatwave, more over on the other side in the east, but we will have to see how it pans out.
One place in NSW was 35.9c during the night :o
