Been some nasty ffukers of showers. Sunset in South Yorkshire tonight was pretty spectacular.

Drove home through rain mostly, pissing down from Swansea, tipped the gauge out this afternoon and only found 5mm since Saturday. :?

Someone I deal with replied to a price enquiry-
Yes, is nice and wet here too – we’ve just set up at Cereals show and it’s a mud pit!
And a bit further south re their mini event to coincide with Cereals-

Generally its been nice steady, persistent precipitation that has gone down well, just as well as both irrigation networks are out of action at the moment..............!

Normally I would think it was a glitch in the prediction model. Not so sure at the moment.
